Terms and conditions for Ongoing Membership

A friendly reminder of our policies:

Session Times: Please do not show up more than 15 minutes early for your scheduled workout session. Out of respect for clients that finishing up from the previous session, we ask you to wait at the front until they have completed their workout.

Stations: We do not reserve stations for clients and ask that clients do not reserve stations for others. It is a first come first serve system with stations at the gym.

Children in Gym: The gym space is strictly off-limits to children. We cannot guarantee the safety of other members and children while on the gym floor. All children must stay at the entrance of the gym unless they can be brought into the gym in a bucket seat or baby carrier. All equipment is strictly off-limits to children for safety and liability. Playpens will not be permitted due to lack of space.

Membership Renewal: This membership will auto-renew each month unless written notice is received 30 days before its expiry. If notice is not received, OPEX Regina has the right to increase your current membership rate within reason (with notice) and auto-renew you for another month. You may also cancel this agreement under other conditions stated below. Below is a waiver of any right you may ever have to claim any damages for loss, injury, or death from OPEX Regina Inc. and others. By signing below, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to all terms in this agreement, and have received a copy of this agreement.

Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership with OPEX Regina Inc. upon the mailing or delivery of written notice 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date (email and/or text messages are not accepted forms of cancellation). All cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. This cancellation policy is pursuit to Saskatchewan Consumer Protection Act 2013.

You may also cancel this agreement under other conditions stated below. Below contains a waiver of any right you may ever have to claim any damages for loss, injury, or death from OPEX Regina Inc. and others. By signing below, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to all terms in this agreement, and have received a copy of this agreement.

Holds: The buyer may put this agreement and/or payments on hold if the buyer becomes physically unable to avail himself or herself for a substantial portion of time (30-days or more). All holds must be accompanied by a doctor’s note or proof of disability. The buyer may not put this agreement or payments on hold for any other reason. The buyer agrees to these terms for the entire duration of the agreement. A holding fee of $50.00 + GST will be applied when the hold is processed.
