Women's Learn to Lift Purchase required to enroll
$199 + GST. Not your typical weight lifting class. Learn to use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and various bands to keep your workouts interesting and challenging while building muscle.
*Special Note: This is a four part session that starts Nov 9th and will be every Saturday until Nov 30th.

-improve your mobility, flexibility and stability
-lift weights with proper technique
-focus on dumbbell technique as well as barbell technique
-challenge your body so you see change in your body composition
-fuel your body to support recovery
